Smoke in the City ......... And the reason behind it.....

We Mumbaikars have never experienced Snow fall nor much dough in the city.  So whats the reason behind it ??? Please scroll down for the answer -

Now sharing the reason behind the smoke - Reason was "Dhoorwala" :) He is the person (most of the times from Munciple corporation) who visits once or twice a year in rainy season or after the rainy season( i.e in beginning of winters).
