We changed the position of tree as it was raining heavily here during that week. And heavy rains or extreme weather conditions are neither good for this particular plant nor for its bud. (according to source from google ... this plant comes under the category of cactus..this plant requires indirect sunlight and less water otherwise leaf of the plant start to dry up{now I knew what had happened to my earlier plant}). The buds of the plant were growing slowly.
