ReplyDeleteThank you very much :) This temple is very beautiful. I visit there every year.
DeleteLovely post of Ganesha in Titwala. Reminded me of the time I used to visit this temple with my parents . It brought back memories of my childhood days where Sundays were spent going for long drives away from Mumbai . As kids we also used to visit a small temple next to this one where one could hear the sounds of aarti by keeping the ear close to the temple pillars . Is such a temple still there ?
ReplyDeleteThank you very much Madam :) I visit there once in a year with my parents. Yes that small temple is still there. There has been a huge change in Titwala... in main area of Titwala and in mandir area too. Now it looks like a part of Mumbai area.
DeleteWonderful captures! Just wonder if Lord Ganesha's B'day is not on Bhadrapada Shukla Chaturthi?
